Most have indoor walking tracks, gyms for pick up sports, outdoor playing fields and pools for lap lane swimming. YMCA of the Triangle members now have access to a full library of on-demand and live-stream group fitness classes wherever you are and whenever you want. Across the region, we offer more than group fitness classes at the YMCA of the Triangle branches each month.
It is all free with your membership. Want to see our full range of classes? Check out our schedules page. You can also find YMCA core classes offered at every location and new classes every month. We put the YMCA schedule in your hand with our mobile app. You can find classes by location, class type or instructor. Download it for free from the App Store or Google Play. We have indoor pools with dedicated lap lanes, outdoor pools for family fun and a few spray grounds for the kids.
We offer plenty of time for adult pickup games and open time in the gym. Kids create memories, learn skills and build confidence as they explore new interests and passions at the Y.
We're committed to helping all kids and teens be their best selves—through programs focused on sports, arts, leadership and family fun. The Y offers year-round sports and fun for kids of all ages and skill levels. Children ages six weeks to 10 years that are members can participate in age-appropriate activities in a safe environment—free for members. Offering unique seasonal fitness challenges, motivation programs and adventure races that keep kids active year-round.
For our young people, the right guidance and support can make a real difference in figuring out who they are and what they can achieve. The Y is committed to nurturing teens and college students to help them grow strong roots for success.
