I have both the diner and fancy cuisine for the rags to riches achievement, and i wait to til both have the box symbol to restock and pick the third item for each store, and still does not work. I think I have found a flaw in the game. I have my tower as high as you can build, all the floors and all the residents in their favorite jobs!

I have found that by only stocking the 3rd product on each floor, your sales per minute are actually better than if you have all three products stocked.
