They refused to provide the inventory needed to properly execute job duties but would then reprimand you for not completing said duties. Constant threats of write-ups and action, despite not upholding their end, by providing items needed.

Meeting different people, always something new happening. I learned a lot about the hospitality industry during my time working at Choice, and that's helped me ever since.

This job was okay. I spent most of the day sitting, checking people in, and doing security checks through the halls. Occasional creepy customer, but it was way worse when working overnight. I saw and heard so many things that I wish I didn't. Drug overdoses, escorts, people sleeping in the parking lot. This is not necessarily the company's fault, but it did give me a feeling of uneasiness whenever I would leave the front desk. Always carried pepper spray on me. We had fun at work and you could pick up hours and pretty much get vacation whenever you needed.
